Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Construction Technician for the BEAD Project on the island of Saipan. The role involves external plant maintenance, fiber/cable installations, and trenching activities to extend network reach.

Responsibilities include digging, installing microducts and conduits, handholes, fiber blowing, and vegetation clearance, with a focus on safety and reliability. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant construction work experience is required.
• Driver's license is required or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install and run new cable lines, microducts, and conduits for underground and aerial plants, including digging groundwork.
• Install handholes.
• Assist in fiber blowing activities.
• Secure fiber lines, cable lines and hardware.
• Clear vegetation encroaching on cables and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
