Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer.

• Ability to read splice diagrams and blueprints.
• Willingness to travel within Welkom area.
• Strong adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform fusion splicing of single-mode and multi-mode fibers with high accuracy.
• Conduct field testing using OTDR and power meters to verify splice quality.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic networks in various environments.
• Read and interpret fiber optic designs, splice diagrams, and blueprints.
• Maintain splicing equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
