Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive continuous improvement across fiber sourcing and supplier management. You will lead data-informed processes, partner with global stakeholders, and deliver scalable programs with measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with sourcing, operations, engineering, and external vendors to optimize on-time material availability and program health across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of infrastructure practices (network, data center, hardware, software).
• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with infrastructure builds and data-driven improvements.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL usage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with supply chain and external vendors (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and operating models to deliver changes in sourcing and business models.
• Work with supply chain, operations, engineering, and suppliers to drive supply profiles.
• Manage dependencies and negotiate trade-offs between projects.
• Provide regular program progress reporting.
• End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
• Analyze trends to identify process improvements, cost reductions, and risk minimization.
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead cross-functional meetings with clear documentation.
