Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain status updates.
• Validate forecasted vs. actual dates and flag discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and confirm task ownership.
• Prepare project status summaries and milestone reports.
