Forged Fiber 37 is looking for a Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects from a remote Ogden, UT base. You will help track milestones, validate dates, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely updates, and clear communication with engineering, construction, and vendor teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
