Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end telecom deployment programs, coordinating with engineering, construction, vendors and partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications, network deployment, or related program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clear action plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major and Minor project milestones with real-time status updates and reporting.
• Forecast 0–180 day timelines and scheduling alignment across concurrent projects.
• Drive project closeouts and ensure documentation completeness.
• Identify risks in real time and assign ownership to teams.
• Develop mitigation plans and track actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Surface cross-functional gaps and elevate blockers with data.
• Ensure deliverables meet engineering, construction, and operational quality standards.
• Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
• Validate data submitted by vendors and partners.
• Maintain up-to-date data across systems and reporting tools.
• Forecast resource needs and project outcomes for 0–180 days.
• Develop clear leadership reports.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across engineering, construction, and deployment.
• Promote continuous learning of processes, tools, and handoffs.
