Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of telecom and construction experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help track milestones, validate data, and coordinate between internal teams and external partners.

In this role you’ll work closely with engineering, construction, and vendor teams, maintaining schedules, preparing status reports, and escalating risks to project managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope; escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams; provide data for PMs.
