Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with fiber optic networks and telecom infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain fiber equipment and related systems.
• Familiarity with transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic and telecom network equipment.
• Perform network testing, installation, provisioning, and maintenance activities.
• Support fiber transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP network technologies.
• Assist with network restoration and outage response.
• Perform preventive maintenance on network and critical infrastructure equipment.
• Maintain inventory, tools, test equipment, and related documentation.
• Update maintenance records, work logs, and trouble tickets.
