Job summary

Emery Telecommunications & Video is seeking an Engineer to join the Orangeville office. The role involves engineering, planning, and preparing drawings for aerial and underground fiber optic construction, including conduit paths and fiber routes. Travel to project sites is expected.

Responsibilities include drafting, design work, permitting, right-of-way coordination, and cost estimation using Excel and related tools. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar technical field preferred.
• Relevant related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engineer projects or work with contracted engineers on all engineering aspects.
• Draft and design drawings for construction of new aerial/underground fiber optic lines and conduit paths.
