Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Reno, NV is seeking a Contract Program Manager to oversee outsourced maintenance of our fiber network. You will be the primary contact for I&R vendors, service wire partners, and locating activities, ensuring contract compliance and timely service delivery.

The role requires five years of experience with outside plant facilities, strong vendor management and budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience maintaining outside plant (OSP) facilities and supporting Install & Repair work.
• Ability to manage projects to budget and meet contract deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and day-to-day performance of I&R, Locates, and Service Wire vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance for contract compliance and safety codes.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
