Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in fiber optic and wireless networks.
• Operate and maintain FTTH systems, including underground cable installations.
• Cut, splice, terminate, and document fiber cables; locate problem areas and repair.
• Provide technical support to end-users and train users on software.
• Document processes and work with the Fiber Manager on tasks.
