Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Fostoria area in a fast-growing fiber internet company. You’ll engage homeowners in person, showcase high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and own your territory to grow the customer base.

The role includes training, ongoing support, and a clear path for advancement within a dynamic, customer-focused team. Excellent earnings potential with base plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to engage customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, mobile phones).
• Use of a personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursements apply within and outside territory.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
