Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services across multiple locations. You will train with tools and test equipment, recommend solutions, and safely operate company vehicles.

You will work both indoors and outdoors, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, with a focus on delivering reliable connectivity and building long-term customer relationships. Training is provided and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Ability to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
• Basic technology and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, and video).
• Train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Safely operate and maintain the company service vehicle.
• Work indoors and outdoors; follow safety standards and regulations.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
