Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1+ year related experience.
• Willing to work onsite across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• On-call 24x7 rotation after training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support fiber-based network services for commercial customers.
• Perform fiber cross-connects, equipment installations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support customer installations in enterprise, data center, and colocation environments.
• Respond to service tickets and assist with identifying and resolving network issues.
• Complete rack-and-stack activities and cable management tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures while working independently in the field.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support after-hours maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver reliable service and a positive customer experience.
