Job summary

Conterra Ultra Broadband is seeking a Service Delivery Junior Project Management Coordinator in El Paso, TX to coordinate customer orders and drive deployment across engineering, field services, and billing teams.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and data-entry accuracy to ensure on-time installations and flawless handoffs to Day-2 operations. You will serve as the main contact for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-department projects in telecom is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fulfillment of customer orders across multiple departments.
• Create deployment plans and schedules with engineering and field teams.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and track progress.
• Document installations and close orders with billing.
• Guide team members and influence colleagues.
