Job summary

TAK Broadband seeks a Project Supervisor in El Paso, TX to support the Construction Manager and team on aerial and underground fiber projects. You will perform administrative tasks, prepare reports, and ensure safety, quality and productivity standards on site.

This role requires 3–5 years of fiber optic experience, coordination with subcontractors, budgeting input, and strong customer service. Travel up to 50% may be needed; a valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with fiber optic cabling (running, blowing, splicing).
• Experience with aerial and underground telecom construction and network operations.
• Experience managing subcontractor partners is a plus.
• Analytical, budgeting or project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Face project budgeting and final development tracking.
• Define labor and material needs and permitting requirements.
• Identify infrastructure nodes and connection points.
• Manage project planning, site images, and area resources.
• Support quality control: checks, safety audits.
• Develop project packets and documentation.
• Coordinate multiple stages and update systems.
• Provide excellent customer experience on every interaction.
• Travel as needed and adapt to schedule variations.
