Astound is hiring a Construction Manager in Washington with 5+ years in telecom construction. You will coordinate with utilities, engineers and permitting authorities, supervise field teams, and manage make-ready work for aerial and underground builds.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, handling damage claims, and guiding capital projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 5 years Cable Television or Telecommunications technical experience.
• 7-10 years supervising a cable/telecom construction department.
• Strong leadership, planning and field supervision skills.
• Knowledge of safety, codes, and permitting processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with utilities, municipalities, engineers and permitting authorities.
• Oversee make-ready, right-of-way activities and project development.
• Track construction progress and address issues with leadership.
• Manage in-house and contract labor for aerial and underground work.
• Review damage claims and support capital projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Provide training and guidance to construction leads.
• Maintain relationships with municipal and government entities.
