Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a Field Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of our outside plant fiber network, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will oversee installation across aerial, underground, and buried facilities, coordinate with project managers and contractors, and drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in telecommunications OSP construction, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of fiber construction methods and outside plant infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate HES systems for tracking service orders, trouble tickets, and facility records.
• Working knowledge of RUS and NEC codes applicable to OSP construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee installation of outside plant (OSP) fiber facilities, including aerial, underground, and buried plant.
• Coordinate daily field activities with Project Managers, contractors, splicing teams, and locate vendors.
• Ensure construction and splicing activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review and distribute splicing diagrams and construction packages to contractors across platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop Construction Engineers, Leaders, Assistants, and contractors.
