• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of fiber and outside plant builds.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and internal teams for safe, on-time delivery.
• Align construction with network expansion goals and design standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics across markets.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance across activities.
• Drive process improvements in methods, tools, and workflows.
