United Fiber in Smithville, MO is seeking a full-time Broadband Service Technician to install fiber internet, TV, and phone systems in customers’ homes. You will troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure high customer satisfaction during the installation process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Trade school training or certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer premise installation or low voltage wiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber fast internet, TV, and phone systems in customers' homes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues during installation.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
