Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma; advanced IT/electronics training a plus.
• Customer-first approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.
• Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift 50+ pounds in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot voice and data services using test equipment per guidelines.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, digging, and drilling as needed.
• Provide timely paperwork and feedback to improve services.
• Engage in ongoing training and participate in on-call/shifts.
