Star Construction, LLC in the United States is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. You will provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members, reposition equipment, and ensure proper door-tagging and resident notifications before daily work.

The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs and outdoor work in all weather; benefits include weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, stock plan, education

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 55 pounds and working outdoors.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED required; pole climber certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications are completed before work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging with shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic in accordance with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call/afterhours as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.

Labor experience in telecommunications

Authorized to work in the UnitedStates

Physical stamina

Education
