Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture that will deliver 40Gbps+ to customers. We have an incredible opportunity for an Account Executive driven to grow in a fast-paced telecom sales environment.

You will identify communities, manage access agreements, and coordinate with engineering and property owners to close new business while hitting aggressive targets and earning substantial commissions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with prospecting and negotiation.
• 2+ years’ experience in Telecommunication sales.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geographic area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify residential communities for fiber deployment.
• Secure Right-of-Access and coordinate with HOA/owners.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from presentation to close.
• Maintain accurate activity reports and forecast sales within territory.
