Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Inventory Compliance Specialist to manage material flow from receipt to delivery. You will ensure timely production support, accurate inventory records in SAP and EWMS, and drive process improvements across the supply chain.

Strong collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential. The role emphasizes governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in warehouse operations, with onsite work in a U.S.-based environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain value stream.
• Experience in inventory data, systems, or processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply MRP/ERP principles to inventory management.
• Process receipts, movements, and shipments to support production schedules.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP and EWMS with accuracy.
• Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to meet commitments.
