Job summary

Start Corporation seeks FFT and FFT-CW Therapists to deliver evidence-based interventions to youth and families in homes and communities. You will build strong therapeutic relationships, improve family communication and problem-solving, reduce high-risk behaviors, and empower caregivers to develop effective service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services with at least 2 years of experience in social services.
• Master's degree in social services with at least 2 years of experience in social services.
• Commitment to FFT model and ability to work with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Complete mandatory FFT model training and participate in supervision.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet family needs and documentation requirements.
• Receive referrals promptly and conduct family intake within 1 week.
• Provide high-quality services with fidelity to the FFT model.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders for each FFT family.
• Promote the agency in the community and adhere to guidelines.
• Enter notes into CSS and AWARDS systems.
