Job summary

Civitas Health Services, Inc. in Virginia seeks an experienced Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee the FFT program fidelity and staff development.

The role includes supervising FFT clinicians, collecting and reporting outcomes, ensuring HIPAA-compliant records, and maintaining licensing and accreditation compliance while partnering with community referral sources.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or license-eligible status in Virginia.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure FFT fidelity across the program.
• Provide supervision to FFT clinicians and staff (individual and group).
• Collect, analyze, and report program performance, outcomes, and quality data.
• Ensure timely documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
