Job summary

DyeLot is a hospitality-focused interior design studio in Long Beach, CA, delivering hotels, restaurants, and guest environments where every decision serves the experience. The Project Coordinator role keeps projects moving by maintaining expediting sheets, tracking orders, and coordinating with vendors under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Director.

You will handle payments, RFQs, and general project support, cultivating meticulous records and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or related administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tracking logs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive follow-up instinct.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors.
• Ability to manage dozens of open orders across multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving studio environment where ownership matters.

Responsibilities

• Expediting and order tracking for all active projects.
• Vendor follow-up and status verification.
• Payment request preparation and submission.
• Prepare RFQ documentation and compile quotes for review.
• General project support: data entry and filing.
• Coordinate samples, installation logistics, and punch lists.
• Assist with project closeout binders and handover.
