Job summary

DyeLot is a hospitality-focused interior design studio in Long Beach, CA, seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage procurement operations for FF&E across hospitality projects. You will maintain expediting sheets, coordinate with vendors, and support project delivery from ordering through installation.

The role emphasizes meticulous data tracking, timely follow-ups, and strong communication with internal teams and vendors to protect client experience and project integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or related administrative role.
• Interior design or FF&E experience is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and tracking logs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date expediting sheets for all active projects.
• Log purchase orders, ship dates and delivery windows.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm order status and tracking numbers.
• Prepare and submit payment requests with invoices and POs.
• Solicit quotes (RFQs) and maintain organized vendor database.
• Provide general project support, meeting notes, and documentation.
