DyeLot is a hospitality-focused interior design studio where every decision serves the guest experience. We design hotels, restaurants, and guest environments with a seamless blend of design and procurement, ensuring both beauty and practicality.

We are growing the procurement department and seeking a Project Manager who is sharp, client-focused, and passionate about the intersection of design and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FF&E procurement, interior design project management, or a related field.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to build complex budgets and tracking.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and internal team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of FF&E procurement projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, receiving warehouses, and installation teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage all purchase orders from issuance through delivery and installation.
• Attend site visits and installation coordination meetings as needed.
• Prepare weekly expediting status reports and client communications.
• Develop budgets and cost trackers and reconcile with Ajera.
• Monitor profitability and flag variances to the Project Director.
