Aufgaben

• Own FF&E procurement for multiple store projects from planning through purchase order, delivery, installation and closeout.
• Create trackers, checklists and checkpoints to stay ahead of every project while following team standards.
• Identify risks such as long-lead items or delays and act before they impact openings.
• Track open items with internal teams and suppliers and confirm resolution.
• Shift between execution, coordination and problem-solving to support store openings.
• Manage quotes, pricing, lead times, freight, warranties and delivery requirements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Project Management, Operations and Strategic Sourcing.
• Use data to find risks, trends and savings opportunities.
• Share effective practices with other buyers and partners for continuous improvement.
