Loews Hotels & Co in Franklin, TN seeks a Sourcing Manager - FF&E to support daily contract commitments for Design & Construction and Finance. You will handle vendor contracts, track payments, and liaise with architects and designers to ensure timely FF&E delivery.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders, strong accounting basics, and experience with Oracle. This is a hybrid position with in-office requirements in Franklin.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Results driven; highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage large data volumes.
• Experience with Oracle databases and MS Office.
• Travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract commitments and processing for FF&E, architectural, interior, engineering, consulting and purchase orders.
• Process approved contracts in Oracle, manage change orders and budget increases.
• Collaborate with 3rd party agents and design teams to ensure timely processing and reporting of commitments.
• Provide FF&E status updates, deposits, payments, and ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Assist in bidding and preparing FF&E purchase orders from design specs when needed.
