Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy across Design, Construction, Furniture, Fixtures, Building Systems, and Equipment.
• Develop multi-year sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, speed to market, and supply chain resilience.
• Provide insights into supplier capacity, market conditions, and logistics to inform leadership decisions on growth plans and capital allocation.
• Lead a team of Senior Category Managers and Category Managers and coach for high performance.
