Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Equipment Procurement Manager (internally Equipment Procurement Specialist) to standardize and optimize FF&E across Worldwide Retail Grocery Delivery. You will own FF&E procurement, leverage data analytics to identify savings, lead cross-functional sourcing events, and build strong supplier partnerships to drive enterprise-level buying leverage.

This role focuses on cost reduction, process improvements, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, ensuring PO and equipment deliveries align with timelines and budgets.
• Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track POs from execution through delivery.
• Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities.
• Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment; develop creative solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
