Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Project Coordinator - Equipment to provide precise procurement support for New Store Development, handling FF&E, Direct Buy and small wares. You will issue POs in Workday, coordinate with multiple business units, and help maximize efficiency and accountability.

The role reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid schedule in office Tuesday through Thursday and close collaboration with Sprouts vendors and NSO teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred with 3 years procurement experience; or equivalent education/experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of procurement processes and records management

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment take-offs based on fixture plans and coordinate FF&E ordering
• Issue POs for new store fixtures, equipment and small wares for new stores and remodels
• Support cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accountability
• Manage workflow to align with development schedules and financial timelines
• Coordinate with Logistics Vendors to arrange freight and track shipments
• Maintain FF&E Small wares Master List and related records
• Prepare reports, correspondence and documents using MS Office and databases
• Assist with vendor communications and inquiries related to FF&E and Direct Buy
