Insomniac Events is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Festival Marketing team in Calabasas, CA. You will plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns across our portfolio of festivals and branded events, collaborating with artists, partners, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life on schedule and within brand voice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, music, entertainment, or related industry.
• Deep knowledge of electronic dance music, artists, culture, and Insomniac brand portfolio.
• Experience creating branded marketing copy with consistent voice and tone.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with tools such as Asana, GA, Photoshop, and basic HTML is preferred.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends to support live events.

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across festivals and brands.
• Brainstorm content strategies and manage social media calendars for projects.
• Coordinate artist assets to support marketing campaigns.
• Align campaign strategies with stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Design and New Media teams to produce assets and approvals.
• Manage design/media requests, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
