Job Summary

The Feasiblity Engineeris responsible for evaluating and determining the viability of developments and homesites presented by the Business Development team. Must be able to effecively interact with Sellers/Developers, project teams and internal stakeholders to gather information to evaluate and report the risk metrics. The position establishes and manages deadelines to ensure results are obtained on time and on budget, managing feasibility from a project's inception through zoning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in feasibility for multifamily or residential land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required or;
• 4 year degree in real estate, economics, engineering, multifamily or residential land development or related field and a minimum of 1 year experience in feasibility for land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
