Spring Fertility in Oakland, CA is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with our Care Team and guide patients through fertility treatment planning. You will simplify complex processes, coordinate tests, and ensure a smooth transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for Reproductive Healthcare.
• Exceptional Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
• Scheduling appointments.
