Job summary

Circle Surrogacy in the United States is seeking a Matching Specialist to support intended parents through the surrogate matching process. You will act as the primary point of contact, educate clients on requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to keep journeys moving smoothly.

You will document interactions in the CRM, maintain up-to-date records, and help identify potential barriers to successful matches, ensuring a respectful and well-supported experience for all involved.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guiding clients through decisions.
• Experience using a CRM system and managing multiple cases.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to intended parents during matching.
• Serve as primary contact, answer questions, manage expectations, and provide updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case transitions.
• Document regular client check-ins in the CRM and track progress.
• Educate and prepare intended parents for donor and surrogate matching steps.
• Collect and review required documentation and ensure records are complete.
• Maintain accurate client information and adhere to company standards.
• Identify barriers to matching and elevate concerns to management.
