Job summary

Surrogacy Is is seeking a Matching Coordinator to guide intended parents and surrogates through the journey with empathy, clarity, and hands-on coordination. You will be the primary contact for new inquiries, crafting education-first conversations and helping families understand options, costs, and next steps.

You will manage multiple cases, document decisions, collaborate across teams, and personalize support while upholding ethical and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or at least two years of experience in case management, client services, fertility or healthcare coordination.
• Experience in surrogacy, fertility, or third-party reproduction is strongly preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining human connections.
• Commitment to inclusive, respectful support for every family we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead intended parent consultations to educate on surrogacy, program options, costs, and next steps.
• Coordinate matching between intended parents and surrogates with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Journey Management and CRM across cases.
• Collaborate with Intake, Medical Records, and Operations to move journeys forward.
• Provide thoughtful, relationship-focused support and proactive communication throughout the journey.
