You will partner with internal teams, educate clients on requirements, manage documentation in the CRM, and keep journeys progressing with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to intended parents during the matching phase.
• Serve as primary contact for questions, updates, and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case transitions.
• Document regular client check-ins in the CRM and update records.
• Educate parents on donor and surrogate matching process and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support successful match outcomes.
