Job summary

Circle Surrogacy, part of the NorthStar Fertility family, seeks a Matching Specialist to support Intended Parents during the surrogate matching journey. You will educate clients, gather documents, and coordinate with internal teams to keep cases moving forward with empathy and professionalism.

You will manage client communications, document interactions in the CRM, and escalate potential barriers to ensure a positive, compliant experience for all involved in the family-building journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage multiple cases is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, timely communication to intended parents during the matching process.
• Serve as primary contact for intended parents, answering questions and providing updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth case transitions and continuity of care.
• Conduct regular client check-ins in the CRM and document interactions per standards.
• Educate and prepare intended parents for the donor and surrogate matching process.
• Collect and review required documentation like background checks and matching forms.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and ensure data completeness.
• Identify barriers to matching and escalate concerns to management promptly.
• Facilitate surrogate-to-parent matches according to criteria and program requirements.
