Job summary

Circle Surrogacy, part of the NorthStar Fertility family in the United States, seeks a Matching Specialist to guide intended parents through the surrogate matching process.

You will educate clients, coordinate with Consultation, Coordination and other teams, review required documents, track progress in the CRM, and ensure a compassionate, compliant experience from intake to match completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to intended parents during matching.
• Serve as primary contact, answer questions, manage expectations, and provide updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth case transitions.
• Document regular client check-ins and maintain proactive engagement in CRM.
• Educate clients on donor and surrogate matching steps and requirements.
