Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Basking Ridge, New Jersey clinic. This full-time, Monday-Friday role runs from 8:30am-4:30pm and requires a BSN and active RN license.

You will educate patients, coordinate fertility care, and support providers throughout treatment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years nursing experience, preferably in women's health, and familiarity with EMR workflows.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations is required.
• BSN degree is required.
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare is preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and manage treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives and clinical treatment plans.
• Review medical records and ensure accurate EMR data entry.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions to patients.
• Provide patient education throughout the treatment journey.
• Assist with in-office procedures and mentor peers.
