Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a REI Coordinator to join our Paramus clinic in the fall. The role supports nurses, maintains patient documentation, and coordinates care with the team. Training will begin at Englewood location; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a multi-physician practice, familiarity with EMR, and solid medical terminology knowledge. Strong patient service and administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-physician practice.
• Experience in women’s healthcare - preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist nurses with patient checklists.
• Use EMR to verify testing, cycle consents, and procedures.
• Write patient letters and letters of medical necessity.
• Notarize practice consents or documents.
• Cover Clinical Assistant duties as needed.
• Initiate prior authorizations with insurers.
• Triages patient inquiries and provide high-level customer service.
