Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in/out via EMR calendar.
• Ensure intake forms and insurance information are on file.
• Oversee scheduling, booking, and patient portal changes.
• Handle billing questions including payments and refunds.
• Maintain clinic reception area and inventory.
• Manage inbound communications (phone, email, chat).
• Coordinate with HQ on operations and events.
• Sell packages, products, and memberships.
