Job summary

Kindbody is seeking an experienced Practice Director for our Rogers Clinic. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, owning P&L, staffing strategy, patient experience, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years of management, a business mindset, and a passion for women’s health. This is a full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree or clinical background is a plus.
• Strong change management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and onboarding programs.
• Manage clinic P&L and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with operations, clinical and finance teams on performance.
• Ensure patient experience, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and vendor relations.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor staff and maintain team engagement.
