Job summary

Kindbody is hiring an experienced fertility or women’s health Clinical Nurse to join our Rogers clinics. You will educate patients on infertility evaluations, guide them through injections, and coordinate treatment plans such as IVF and egg freezing, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Your role requires an Arkansas RN license, BLS/ACLS, EMR and G-Suite skills, and strong communication with patients and the clinical team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a nurse in fertility or OB/GYN.
• Current RN license in Arkansas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• EMR and G-Suite experience.
• Ultrasound experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Detail oriented with high patient-volume tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, protocols and procedures.
• Oversee cycling process – injection training, consent reviews, med questions.
• Coordinate treatment plans (Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, FET).
• Counsel patients, provide procedure teaching, relay physician orders.
• Document patient information in EMR.
• Routine phlebotomy as needed; administer injections as needed.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Work with physicians and clinical team to meet program goals.
• Feedback to HQ on process improvements.
• Lab reviews and patient communications support.
• Manage treatment requirements and informed consents.
• Other nursing duties as assigned.
