Spring Fertility in Portland, OR is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with our Care Team, guiding patients through treatment cycles with clear information and compassionate support.

You will generate journey maps, track tests, build trust with new patients, explain complex medical terms in plain language, monitor readiness for treatment, and schedule appointments alongside our nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Passion for reproductive healthcare.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
• Scheduling appointments.
