Spring Fertility in the United States is seeking a Patient Navigator to join our Care Team. You will partner with nursing staff to guide patients through treatment cycles, delivering clear information and compassionate support.

Responsibilities include creating journey maps and calendars, coordinating tests, scheduling appointments, building trust with new patients, and ensuring readiness for treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for Reproductive Healthcare.
• Exceptional Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
• Scheduling appointments.
