Everleap Fertility is seeking a Reproductive Medicine Coordinator in Palo Alto, CA to coordinate patient care across providers, nurses, and lab staff. This role emphasizes reviewing medical information, tracking laboratory results, and communicating next steps to patients and care teams.

As part of a fast-paced multi-provider practice, you will ensure accurate data, support the fertility treatment journey, and maintain EMR documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
• Ability to analyze medical records and lab results for completeness.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multi-provider medical practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across providers, nurses, and lab staff.
• Review and track laboratory results to ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyze medical records and patient documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Research and obtain outstanding items needed to advance treatment plans.
• Communicate next steps and treatment updates to patients and care teams.
• Monitor patient progress through fertility treatment stages.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Support a fast-paced multi-provider practice with coordination efforts.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all patient care coordination activities.
